Hey Evo dudes...I am jumping over to this board for some opinions. I'm looking at a 92 Lowrider with 23,000 miles in decent condition. I know thats vague but what do you think fair price ranges would be. Again assuming its in OK condition. I need to see it tomorrow but just need a jumping off point.
Thanks.

5000 to 8500 would be normal in the south east

HotRodShovel

thanks pal. he got the bike in FL and is selling it in NY for 7500. so he is in your range, thanks for your help.

In this economy with a ton of used bikes out there not selling, 5-5,500 would be max. Everyone wants to make a profit like the good old days but those days are gone.
I just sold my buddies 95 wide glide for 6k for him and that was a clean bike. When it was priced higher it would not move.

Yeah, I told him  can't get to see the bike for a few days. i want him to get realistic. H e is off the chart with 7500. Thanks for your input. I totally agree.

Location makes all the difference in the world, some areas are a lot lower (or higher) than others. It's worth whatever somebody will pay for it.

Last Fall bought a '90 FXRS for 5K.  Good shape overall.  43K, recent top end.

living in the northeast and 5k should do it, there are many more out there in the range

Well I sure wish I lived in the states because a bike with that kind of milage would definately be around 8000 up here.
