I know I have 25 deg injectors and have looked in part book, all I get is part number. I tried to find in service manual but cant seem to find anything. Can someone tell me or direct me where this information would be.

I'm not certain but I don't think there is anything "special" about the H-D injectors, with the injector PN you may find the info you want on one of the automotive tech boards, just a thought....

I'm pretty sure that the injectors from 02 through 05 are P/N 27609-01A and are rated at 4.35 gms/sec. I think in 06 the injector was actually sized down slightly and the rated flow was 3.99gms/sec. I also think that the plug configuration on the 06 and up injectors are different, so they can't be plugged into 05 and earlier wiring. Sorry, I don't have the P/N for the 06 injector.

Good Luck,
Bruggy

Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Are you asking if you have the 8 or 25's?

You are correct. They are 3.91, however I have found the 25 deg injectors cause different calibrations than the 8 deg.....even though they are both listed as 3.91.  :wtf: Obviously they are in fact, different outputs. Just look at the differences in the VE maps between 8 and 25 deg injector calibrations.
