Getting ready to do a cam swap on my 96" 08 (TBW) RG. I have an SE/AC and ProPipe HS already installed. Picked the wood's 6-6 because next winter I am goint to 107" and headwork and know the wood's will work with that. Had that setup in an 08 I had that was totaled in Aug.
I am gonna use the +4* advance gear to bump the squeeze a bit and move the curve a bit left.
Anyone here done this mod with stock 96" and heads?.
Would really like to hear others impressions.
One other thing. I have a SERT (original, NOT SEPST)that I am gonna send to TTS to get upgraded but want to do the cam swap in the next couple of days and it will take a couple of weeks to get the TTS back.
Anyone have any suggestions or map a to start with? Only a very few options for the 08 FBW's in SERT canned maps. Figured I'd start with the one for(#106, 200UH001) 103" w/255's and race exhaust and tweek from there.
No real dyno in the picture this season but will V-Tune as soon as the sert comes back as a TTS.
Any and all input appreciated.
BTW, I know it's my first post here but many of you know me from V-Twin and HD forums where I have been active for years.
Thanks,
X

Woods 6s run great.. I liked mine on my 95".... You should be OK and when it goes to 107 it will be even better. Then loose the 4d adv..run it straight up.
