Anyone use a Danny Gray Butt Crack solo seat? Just interested in how long you can ride before your comfort zone tells ya to pull over and the general feel of the seat. I would not mind having one for everyday & close runs then put the touring seat on for longer hauls and 2-up rides.

I had one briefly, it looked great but was not much more comfortable than sitting on the frame rails with no seat at all.

i have one ive been using for about 8 years, it does the job and looks good, but some days i can go about an hour some days 20 min. i ride 80 mile round trip every day, and some days it flat out kicks my butt, litterly, but i have not found any thing that looks as nice...

I have one on my 09 roadhouse. I really like it. Short day trips of less than 200 miles though. Rode around lake Erie and was fine. Just give the suspension a little softening. I was used to sport bike seats though for what its worth.

I do like the looks of them. I have the lowering shocks on my Road King now so it is a little stiffer than stock but not bad riding one up. I may try one of the seats if I can catch a good price somewhere on a used one and keep a good touring seat for long runs.
