May 12 i ask for help on buying a retractable shield helmet. Thanks for the ideas. I bought a Scorpion Exo 100. The helmet fits good, and has the removable neck liner and head liner plus speaker pockets. I like the fact you can change out shields for tint or clear. This is a half helmet and fits good with eye glasses.     Down side is when running about 65 and faster the shield causes vision problems because of movement with the helmet. Its a chance i took and the helmet itself is a good one. Not sure if the shield will work because of movement.  Oh well, i did get a good helmet.

Hey Preacher, I bought one too. Your thread was very helpful.

I noticed a bit of movement of the detachable visor from buffeting behind the windshield but haven't got many miles with it yet.  It's comfortable and fits much like the HJC CL-2 that I have if anybody's wondering about the head shape it fits.
I'm hoping to get some highway time this weekend and see how it does  :bike:

Damn...Never had that problem with mine...I run our GeezerGlide 75-85 and do not have any vibrations...Could be the tall stock windshield is blocking most of the wind...

If i get a chance today, im going to try with out windshield. Im 6"2 and my head is above windshield enough that the wind might be up drafting the helmet. I took off the removable bill and that helped some.
