brake caliber

Took my 09 Tri  Glide trike in for service this morning. Found out right brake pad was shot .Dealer to replace under warranty.Looked at new pad and they are very thin new ouy of the box.?
Left and got a call and looking further they found out the R.Rear Caliber was about 1/2 froze up Had to order a new one. Any one else had this problem?

Dealer corrected the rear brake under the 2 year warranty. This dealer is great to work with. When I take my Trike  or Bike in they always go above what I ask for and there is no price gouging. I find that in my  3-4 year time span of knowing them they are above board on all dealings and I would recommend them to any body.
Dealer is Harley Davidson, Dothan Alabama.

Sales //Parts// and Service supervision and personal are great to deal with.

It's always good to hear the "Good" stories of good dealers.  We always here about the bad ones but never take enough time to hit on the good ones.  Real question is.............HOW COOL IS THAT TRIKE?  My wife is killing me to sell or trade her 04 Sporty in on the Trike...........just what I need, two months from retiring and a $30,000 Trike...............

I also am retired, We got the Trike and at first I had some concern but, I really enjoy it and so does the wife. We have just had the the 10k service completed today and have put 5100 of those miles on since June of this year,and plan to ride a lot more.We are planning on taking a three to four week trip to celebrate our 50Th anniversary this year.
