On the tuning screen, the yellow blocks represent the "ideal" tune from Zippers, the green cells represent what the auto tune found and moved, and the blue cells represent where the tune is now.

That being the case, would it make sense to move ALL the blocks IN LINE with the yellow blocks to make the ideal tune? I ask because while I did find a few cells really out of whack (I moved them in line with the others and the engine runs MUCH smoother), I also noticed that the auto-tunes line is not aligned with the yellow or ideal tune. In some spots the yellow line dips and then gently curves, while the blue line comes straight out and angles up in a straight line.

Thanks

Well I'll answer my own question.

If you make the map EXACTLY like the yellow line........the bike won't start......LOL!!!!.

At least mine didn't. I hooked up, linked up and started moving boxes. It was taking some time and I didn't want to run the battery down so I started the bike. Then the engine started to get hot so I put two fans on it. I shut the bike off, and when I went to hit the starter button it turned over, but did not catch. So I went inside to feed the cats and let the engine cool off. When I came out it still would not start. So I loaded the map in it's previous condition (I saved it thank God) and the bike fired right up.

I should know by now to leave well enough alone.

the yellow blocks are the base map and not necessarily best for your bike. the green are your learned points.
