Can you use a 06 throttle body on a 02 or 01 delphi bike. ?

I'ld like to know also. I have an '05 Electra Glide and have wanted to know about putting a newer bigger throttle body on it. I think the difference is the flanges and gaskets and they can be changed. Hope somebody steps up that knows for sure.

A 2006 and up tb will be possible to mount on a 2005 and older.
BUT, you have to change some wiring. 2 pins in the IAC need to be swapped and the injector have a different connector.

Be careful. The one piece HD units don't flow as well in most cases despite a larger throttle. Aftermarket, no issues with most of them.

Forget the throttle body...what you want are the '06 heads...best heads on any 88...the 50mm throttle body started with the 96in motor in '07...which will do nothing with the older heads
