hello all. I need to replace a front tyre on my Low Rider 2000. Friend of mine wants to sell me 110/90-19 62H AVON VENOM at a good price. The question is: Can I put bigger size 110/90-19 instead factory 100/90 w/o any harm? And also how do you like venom's? Thanks for any input.

Dan

On my 01 Dyna, mistakenly ordered a 110/90-19 and it rubbed the fender brackets. What year is your Dyna?

HotRock

My '99 Dyna has a 100 X 19 and it's pretty close to the brackets.  Personally I wouldn't take a chance until I could make some measurements or get some spec on the inflated width.

I've run a 110/90-19 metz on a 2000 FXDX with stock front fender.. It was tight as I had to adjust the spokes to center the tire in the fender..  Max

I put a 110-90-19 bridgestone on a 2000xl cast wheel no problem.

I did it... on a wide glide. 110/90-19. No problem.  YMMV.
If it ain't broke... Fix it until it is.

OH ya, Avon Venom too, they seem a little fatter too.   :missed:

Heck, I'm running a 120x18 BS on the front under a cheap after market front fender 2000 FXDX.. Max

OK. thank you all. Looks like it sometime works but not always. Strange. Isn't it? I'll stay with factory size.
