Holy cow!  The scenery in those pictures just makes me want to quite my job and spend every summer in Europe.  Thanks for sharing the photos.

I think I posted the same view twice that's the 34th picture on the first page of the thread but from a wider angle, it's actually a pension or hotel on the Furker pass in Switzerland. Most of these places are shut for 3 to 5 months of the year because it's almost impossible to get to due to snow. Switzerland spends a lot of money on road maintenance, as opposed to broke Italy where you never know what's around the next corner. Surpriising how much gas prices change too depending on the country's tax structure, but all of them it's $8 + a gallon
