I found some this morning at a High Performance Cycles in Allentown PA.
He had it in a gallon jug and poured out a quart for me into an empty Amsoil bottle. He has regular shockproof in quarts but not heavy. Said I'm the first one to ask for heavy other than one customer that uses it in a drag bike.
Listen to the jingle the rumble and the roar.

Got a quart yesterday at Monument Auto Parts, Pittsburg CA, on the shelf for $10.95, like others said Redline lists it as the same fluid as V-Twin Tranny Fluid.
I think Monument is a SF Bay area chain as they have about 8 stores but they are all kind of local.
Will be replacing the Mobil 1 75/90 which I have been happy with to see if Shockproof helps with the clunk from neutral to first gear.

I don't think lube is the cure all for the "clunk". I find I get less or no clunk if I warm the bike up a bit, usually whle putting my helmet and gloves on. I have tried several of the methods others have talked about, still seems hit or miss. Usually after that first shift, it is not really an issue. Nature of the beast.

FME, the clunk into gear has more to do with clutch drag in the primary than tranny oil. We use Redline MTL in primaries and have no clunk complaints.
Just my $.02,
