EVO tuning in NOVA

 I've got an '89 Touglide I've been building up over the years and it's feeling a bit sluggish.  I'd like to get it tuned, timed, and have the air fuel checked etc.
Does anyone have a tuner in Northern Virginia they trust ?

The engine is  30 over, SE heads, EV27 cam, S&S carb, Crane H4 ignition and Rinehart duals
