New to Harleys and HTT in San Diego

Hello everybody my name is Mike a.k.a. stupidheadted. I recently bought my dads old 99' Road King. Im still trying to learn about the bikes and am an extreme noob when it comes to riding. If anybody has any suggestions on where to gain knowledge faster please point me in the right direction. I live in San Diego and have met a couple people to ride with but am always looking for others. So if you ride in San Diego or will be passing through let me know my house is always welcome. If you have any parts that might fit Im interested as well.

welcome!  congrats on the King.  IMO they are the nicest looking touring model, and  try to keep that between us...because those Street Glide guys think they have something.   

my only advice is stay away from Poway...there's a monky with a lobotomy that lives and rides in that area.     sorry, inside joke.
