Well, guess I am a lady then, cause I have some pickup tools like that.  Have needed them a few times.  I have un-lady like big fingers, so its hard to get in tight spaces to retreive dropped nuts and bolts and screws and washers.

However, $40.00 is a little spendy. I bought a similar set at Sears for less than half that a few years back.  NAPA has them cheaper also.
