Hi, my name is Ric and I am in Tennessee. I found the site, I think from a link on HD Forum. I have to say this is my kind of place. More serious information that I am use to. I got a Sportster 3 years ago after about 30yrs of no bike. I ride everywhere I don't need my car, which is almost everywhere 8 and a half months a year. I do most all my own maintenance and repairs. I even rebuilt the transmission last spring.

That said I have just fulfilled a dream of having a Big Twin. I bought a salvaged 06 RK. I will be rebuilding it this winter. Mostly repainting the body work, but will also be dissembling and checking for other damage unseen. I am so amped. I go to pick it up on Monday and will start in on it Tuesday.
