 2010 Dyna, gotta S.E 103 " kit .looking to upgrade my  stock 50 MM TB and was wondering , all the info. i have read a 54 MM TB would serve me well . but the dealer is pushing the 58MM .  all the info i have read says the MOCO 58 MM  won't even do the job. more like a HPI P&P would be a better choice or the Zippers 55 .  any input would be great .  i got MVA heads to get plenty of air and SE 258 cams, oh i got Zippers max flow air cleaner  and Thunder - max. recently dynoed . hp 109 , tq 105 . just trying to tweek it some more ! question still remains the MOCO  58 mm tb  will not flow as well as the ported an polished HPI 54 or the zippers 55 ?

What do the heads flow??. Particularly the intake..

Just sent my FBW TB to HPI for a 54mm make over, mines a Dave Mackie 10.5:1 103, PM me in a week or so and I'll let ya know

Ive have the hpi  2 piece  54mm tbw t.b.  I do really like it, and my heads have 1.800 in take port for the 1.800  manifold  runners  and flow 176 @10",  But ive been looking for a stripped 58mm  tbw   to send to hpi

If this is for a TBW bike, good luck getting your hands on one. I have seen similar results from a ported HPI 54MM TB vs. SE 58MM. And with HPI you can order up whatever intake port size you need.

What year bike do you have?   I am guessing that it is 07 or older as no one makes a replacement throttlebody yet for the FBW that i am aware of besides Harley's 58 mm.   I was lucky, I got a hold of an 09' FBW 50mm that is capable of being ported by HPI if the need arises.   

I am not aware of a 55mm made by Zippers only a 54 and a 60mm.   HPI has a 55, 58, 62
