No.
Some people have come up with information on filters, but it seems difficult to come up with real comparable numbers. Such as HD listing there filter as a 10(?) micron. 10 microns of what, what quantity? Some filter manufacturers list SAE tests and ratings of their filters, but not everyone does so it is hard to make a real comparison.
