In your opinion what exhaust do you like for touring models (94 Roadking)  2 into 1, true duals, straight, mufflers, crossovers / headers, deep throaty sound, looks, quality, the whole 9 yards. I've been through several, but I'm looking for louder, deeper, CLASSIC FRICKIN' HARLEY SOUND. You know the sound from back in the good old days that scarred us in our youth and planted the seed!!!!!! Got a '94 RK and looked at Rheinhardts but it don't seem they make them for that year WTF?
Let the debating begin!!!

True duals look the best and give you more of that old-school pop.  Yes, Rhinehardts always seem to sound the best.  If the true duals are too expensive for you, go with a pair of V&H turn-down slip-ons.  I had them on a 2008 RK and they sounded great.
When you get to the fork in the road, take it.

My wife has a pair of straight cut drag pipes on her Superglide and it's the best sounding Evo I've ever heard.  For the true Harley soul-scarring sound, though, I think you have to have a stroked Shovelhead.  :bike:
This ain't Dodge City, and you ain't Bill Hickock.

So in your previous post about this topic I gave my recommendation of the Rhineharts and you're right, they don't make them specifically for pre-95 models... from 95 thru like 08-ish all touring models would fit the same exh systems... that's great for pipe manufacturers cuz they can just make one system that covers 13 years of bikes... 13 of the most popular (currently) year models at that... it's a good business decision to only cater to that popularity... the thing is that the pre-95 models, including yours, still fit the same systems as the later models with the ONLY difference being the bracketry all the way at the back where the mufflers mount to the bag supports... With a little bit of creativity, you should be able to devise a simple muffler bracket... in fact if you don't plan to do that on your 94, then you are seriously limiting your exhaust system options

I ran the stock pipes with slip on for years went to a 2 into 1 ran and sounded great but missed look or duals so went with true duals, run what ya like.

if you have the stock 94 headpipes with the flange, grind off flange.  newer slipons will do just that  (slip on) rear muffler brckt should bolt right on.
