Need advice on trike conversion

Have a friend that had back surgery and wants to convert a road king into a trike.
My friend has been thinking about a Lehman conversion. I noticed they claim to be
More stable in a turn than an independent suspension would be. Would like to
Hear both pro's and con's about Lehman or any other conversions that might be better.

I am in the process of triking a Dyna Super Glide, I looked at about every brand out there.  Orignally was going the ISSrear end from Mystery Designs, but big dollars.  Ended up ordering a Frankenstein kit from Cycle Stuff in Tn.  Those guys where 150% advice, info, and questions answered.  My kit should ship this Friday. I am still trying to find a set of rear auto rims that I can match with front motorcycle rim.  Not having much luck.
