Organic Brake pads?

Organic Brake pads, are they good or bad?, do they squeal?, do they pull you up? and are they worth using?.
Never tried them but they are in the store i get parts from and i am almost up for new pads so i need some opinions so come on guys get your thinking caps on and gimme some ideas

they stop okay, probably no worse than stock, they should be quiet, but they are the dirtiest
