Has anyone used Eastern Peformance Cycle in Gambrills MD to do any work on your bike?  I am thinking of riding my bike there from Ohio and wait on it while they install chrome wheels tires and chrome lower fork legs.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks

You sure they are a shop and not just a retailer?

They are both a shop and retailer.  If you haven't visited before, great people and selection of motorcycle parts and accessories.  Last summer, I rode there from northern VA prior to traveling to Strugis -- purchased a front tire on line from them (tax free) and they installed the tire while I waited.

I looked them up on Google Earth when I bought my Baker DD6 from them. Looks like a hole in the wall (I like that). Nice folks to deal with, and great prices.

I've bought about a half a dozen items from them in the past 6 weeks or so, all off of ebay. Very happy with all transactions. Shipping is very fast, 4-5 days, and it's free! I'm in Michigan. I will be a regular customer for sure!

Been buying from them for years. Always first class. I didn't know they had a shop, too.
Forget the bull"Potty mouth" - it's all about two wheels and a motor!

Bought lots from them on ebay. Always the best price with free shipping and no tax. I no nothing of the shop but as a retailer with great customer service, big thumbs up.

Good place to deal with. Living in York, PA it usually takes 2 days to get any part they have in stock and also one of the lowest prices around.

I am joining the praise, 2 thumbs up for Eastern. I have bought many times and will buy again, and again. First class in all regards.

I've bought many items over the years from them, but do all my own work so have no opinion on the shop.

If your close enough to ride over, print out the item you want on the internet and bring it with you if you want that price honored.   You'll have to pay sales tax for in store purchases.

Eastern Performance did the stage 1 upgrade and installed my exhaust (06 Roadking Classic). They did and awesome job and real fast about getting in and out of the shop.

They're A+ outfit.  I've bought a lot of things from them and always got a good price and fast shipping.

Last summer they mistakenly sent Someone's soft tail seat to m house.  I called them about it and they sent a UPS label to me to get it sent to the right home and for my troubles they gave me a great discount on my next purchase.

I called the owner of the seat to inform him of the mistake and assure him it was safe.  He wasn't happy with Eastern but by the time I got off the phone with him he felt better about it.

I guess I’m a little late, but I think they’re a pile of dog excrement. Until they want to make it right I’ll continue to say so.
I hate to rain on they’re praise party; but about mid-2005 I bought a rear chrome billet license plate holder that mounted on the rear ¾” axle. They sent me a nice looking unit, so then, I also noticed they had a CHROME BILLET ADAPTER for it, so, I also bought it too.

What I got was a steel acorn nut that was 5/8”..WTF.

I asked them what the deal was, that it would/could not work as it’s a 5/8”  I asked them if they knew the difference between 5/8 & ¾”?
They then cussed me and said I got would I ordered…???
They refused any resolve!

Here ya go… I took a picture of my $15 paper weight (chrome billet adapter) that sits very peacefully on my desk to remind me to never deal with the low-life POS’s they are.. Have a nice day.
