Can anyone tell me whether the BUB7 2:1 O2 sensor bungs  for a 2009 tourer are positioned so the sensors will read properly?

I have tried a Bassani Roadrage , which I took off as it was too noisy , and saw a lot of soot buildup on the rear sensor, which I'm guessing would indicate less than optimal placement.
It seemed to replicate the stock placement , but looked like it needed to penetrate further.

There seems to be some inconsistency in the manufacturers O2 sensor placement and depth. On my D&D Bobcats, the tech rep strongly suggested I check the depth measurements due to manufacturing variations.
In this AFR & Tuning Zone history Steve Cole and others have discussed this at length and posted a Bosch publication.
You could measure your stock O2 depth and compare it to your new pipes.
An O2 data run could also give you clues as to the sensors operation.
