Cant decide on the TW 555 or andrew 54 cam. Going in a cvo 110 2011 SESG looking for input and what the differance between the two are. Thanks

VERY similar cams, some might even use the phrase "same" regarding the lobes. Doubt you would ever notice the difference seat of the pants.
You might also consider the cyclerama 575's for the cvo bikes. Great cam for that application.
If you don't have a sense of humor you probably have no sense at all.

:agree: cant say that i would run either of those in a 110 but thats just me.
Speed costs money. How fast do you want to spend?

You should take a look at the new T-Man SuperMax series, They claim the TR600SM with .600 lift is ok with stock bee hives.

I agree the T-Man cams are a force to be reckoned with. I have a set of Cyclerama 575's for sale with low miles for sale. These cams are the "Potty mouth" for a 255 replacement. You will not be disappointed. They maintain most of the low end grunt and carry the power all the way to the the end. I am only selling them for the reason i installed a 120R.

Isn't kind of like saying, "They make power til they don't."   :teeth:  Max

Do you have a dyno sheet comparing the SE 255 - CR 575?

I think Herko posted some sheets awhile back of the CR575 in a CVO 110 if I remember correctly. It looked good.

I have dyno'd both, save the extra buck fifty you would spend on the woods cams for other upgrades. These lobes have been checked on a cam tracer and are said to be the same. Small timing differences. The 555's were first marketed to claim they were twice the cam of the 54, I guess they were referring to price.
If you don't have a sense of humor you probably have no sense at all.

The advice I give is 110 specific
I would either run the 54 advanced +4 (puts the LCAs same as the great cam TW37) or buy the CR575

I assume this kind of lift (.600) would require roller rockers?   :nix:

I have run the wood 5 in the 110 and it was nice and quiet but seeing the sheets from more than one dyno with the cr575 that would be my choice.

Here is a sheet comparing a bone stock 2010 cvo convertible to the same bike with CR 575's, a Rhinehart 2 into 1 and retune with TTS. Added a 55hpi since then and picked up 4-5 more.
