Fast idle what do i do ?

I have a 06 street glide 95 in. v&H pro pipe,ported & polished SE HTCC heads ,SE  pistons .Here's the problem.When I start bike in the morning it'll idle o.k. take it for ride  5 ,10,20  miles don't matter .shut it off for 5 minutes or 25 minutes ,restart idles fine until Itake off & pull up to stop sign ,pull in the clutch its idling @1300 rpm.  might do that for little bit then idles fine till I shut it off again then same thing.I replaced throttle pos. sensor no different. What next ?

check for intake leak....xzo

then clean the IAC..

no intake leak   Max  what's IAC ? If I turn switch on &off 4 times doesn't seem to do it.

IAC = Idle Air control.. 

A port in the top of the throttle body.. Search here for "Clean IAC"
