I'm getting oil collecting in my SE Heavy breather. Every time I pull it off there is oil sitting in the screw mounting hole. I have about 500 miles on this 106 10.5.1 piston build. when I pull off the air cleaner and start the motor and run it at 3-4000 rpm a little oil starts coming out of the little breather hole from the heads. Theres not a lot of oil but theres no were for the oil to go but getting sucked up by the Throttle body.

Did any one ell's have this problem and is there a fix for this.

Quite honestly, I think it's just the nature of the beast. I have the SE Ventilater intake and it also occassionally pukes oil into the filter. I think it minimizes when you keep the oil level right in the middle of the add/full mark on the dipstick. I'm sure others will chime in...

How much compression is getting by the rings? Is it broken in fully?

If you do a compression test and both are even and up ? you Might have to live with a little oil and that is not too bad a thing in a very small amount.

You can divert the oil elsewhere if you want it Not going into the engine.

I drilled and tapped the bosses that the bolts go through that hold it to the heads and vented the heads externally into a small vented container so I could see what comes out and not have oil(if any) sucked back into the intake. I saw the pics on here somewhere, cant remember who posted them.

Considering a power upgrade?
First and foremost, focus on your tuning plan.

Exactly like mine except I now have AN fittings instead of barbed.

Were is the best place to vent the tubs too.

What about venting the oil filler cap were the dipstick is to relieve the crank case pressure.
