Are these a direct bolt on from stock 96 heads to the SE 110 heads?

I don't know what spring they run on the 110 heads but AFAIK the only thing you need to check if the valve spring/collar clearance.. If 110 heads have conventional springs you'll probably need to clearance the bases for the springs.

Sounds good and your concerns noted. Just didn't want the  when it came time to bolt things onto the heads.

They will fit.  But you will need to clearance both the top and the bottom sections.  120r comes with clearanced pairs of rocker boxes from MOCO.

Only the bottom is needed. In 07 the CVO was not clearanced. It took careful assembly but they would clear. The MOCO changed that in 08 and made it assembly line friendly
