TTS and Rivera Primo drive belt combo

I have  TTS and Rivera Primo drive belt combo on my  FLSTN 2007 .Noticed that 6 gear lamp does come on after programming TTS.
Tried to lower primary gear ratio as per TTS service bulletin .Lamp remain off all the time.Any suggestions guys ?

Did you check to see what the belt drive ratio is first? Also, what base calibration are you trying to use.

I would suggest trying another upshift, if it won't go you're already in 6th.

Sorry to be an ass, but I can't get my mind around why we never needed a light for 5th gear but now we need one for 6th??
I'd rather have one for 1st if I had a choice.

Don't remember what the instructions say, lower numerical ratio, or lower gear ratio, which is actually a bigger number??
Try changing it slightly the other direction and see what happens.

Steve, I cant find any info re Rivera primo gear ratio...
Calibration I using is CAE 176-03

Count the number of teeth on both sprockets and divide them. This will give you the ratio. example 34 and 47, 47/34= 1.382. You would then go to the primary adjustment and select the closest setting to that ratio.
