I will be replacing my 1" apes with 1-1/4" and hooking up a mini tach if the clearance for the internal wiring and the tach mount line up.  And, I will most likely haul my bike down to Prescott, AZ to have Steve at GMR do one of his 98" kits complete with heads and a cam chest upgrade.  Bike is a 2004 FX Springer and is essentially stock with only a highflow AC, a set of pipes and
a tuner.  I had an S&S 107 in my old bike with 115+ TQ/HP and I miss the passing power!!

Sounds like those who have replied have some interesting projects.

I myself have been thinking about taking my TB off and cleaning up the casting and doing a mild polishing.

I had an HPI 54mm on my last scoot and with the new casting this is not possible, I'm guessing there is some benifit to cleaning up the casting and a mild polish of 50mm TB  :nix: .  Can't hurt and it free
