HELP - cant save stock calibration - TTS - OK fixed

Bike is a 2012 Limited.

From the "Save and restore factory calibration" menu
I can "GET ECM info" and it populates the VIN and calibration number boxes.
From the command menu I select save ecm calibration and then click on "Save ECM calibration".
It then prompts for a directory to save it to.
Selected the directory it prompts and click save - and nothing happens.

Click cancel and a pop up menu appears saying "error - cannot read file"



TTS unit from a sealed box
TTS software is up to date
Same laptop that I use for 2 other TTS tuned bikes  - never had any issues.

What do I do now?

Found my problem - complete brain seizure - I was not typing in a FILE NAME to save - DUH!

Is the "Cancel" you click on in the file dialog box?  If possible, post a screen shot of the error so we have a better idea of exactly when this occurs.
