 I have a 2005 road king 16 inch front wheel can I install a, 18 inch front wheel off a 2011 street glide on my bike would i need to change any parts if so what  thanks Roy

Not sure about the 2011 front hub. But, if your current wheel is spoked, you can easily lace your hub to any 18" rim (Harley, Excel or any other brand).

Get the spokes from Buchanans, lace it yourself, and take it to a local shop that works on dirt bikes to be trued.

Sure can, you need 2009 up spacers and 25mm front axle. I did the same thing on my 05 Glide.

How do you make the 25 MM axle work with the 1" mounting on the fork legs? Or what am I missing?
I am an adult?? When did that happen, and how do I make it stop?!

If I can remember... little less than .015 smaller with the 25mm,

The ends of the axle which the forks ride on are the same diameter, only the the part of the axle the bearings ride on are 25mm. The fork lowers are the same.
