New cams today

Just picked up my bike today.  CR 575 installed in a stock head / compression 96"  I am very impressed with the power right off idle.  Didn't run it too hard because I need to do some V tuning but so far it has been fun to ride with a nice improvement in power.  I like the racy idle and the exhaust note has changed with the new cams.  They are as quiet or quieter than my stock cams.

Thanks to Kirby a Vee Twin Performance for another great job.  Great guy to talk with and cool race bikes at the shop.  He is very careful and detailed with his work.  Good news on my crank at
.003 run out.  I hope to go 107 one day and will keep this cam.

I bet its a blast to ride now compared to the smog cams you took out. Kirby sounds like he knows his "Potty mouth" and its good to get his advice on this great forum. Has the HP bug bite you if so tell the wife to hide the credit cards before its to late.

I was surprised how much difference cams alone made, and yes I want more.

Forgot to mention how much cooler the bike is running from the cam swap.  My calibrated right leg noticed the difference immediately.
