I just did the 103 upgrade on my 2008 flstc and engine will not start. The build is 96 jugs bored to 103,ross flat top pistons, ported -06 heads milled .020 ,  a  .030 cometic head gasket and tw-555 cams with screaming eagle pushrods. I have the cobra auto-tuner fuel manager on it now.
The engine turns over fine and i can hear the fuel pump
I checked for spark and nothing, the cps is new as well as the coil.Any suggestions?
Checked for codes and there are not any. :wtf:

Speed costs money. How fast do you want to spend?

Check for compression, maybe you've got the pushrods too tight.
The Best you know, is the Best you've had........ not necessarily the Best.

His first post said he had no spark...

I have tried several different ways of setting the pushrods, how is everyone else doing it??

Did you wait for pushrods to spin freely before doing the others? If so they should be closing valves fine, making compression.

If you were not at TDC on compression stroke you could not be opening them though.

I would guess Cobra too.

No compression can mean no spark..

That is a trick that Delphi built into the system. If compression is too low or none it will not issue any spark to the plugs. SnS had a hell of a time until they figure it out with the early EZ Start cams not working. They made changes to allow for more compression and then things worked!

Yes but checking for spark with no spark plugs in can also get you no spark as you need compression to get spark LOL

So to check for spark you need to have a third plug to put in the spark plug lead and a ground strap whilst leaving the spark plugs in the head.

Are you sure the fuel pump is running and that the quick disconnect is fully plugged in ?

Fuel pump fuse put back in place? Check the ECM fuse?

You put the power wire back on the coil?, Wiring on cylinder temp sensor, injector wires connected correct, then like someone else said, when all that is checked, back off on your adj. pushrods, and do them again correctly. Had a friend that had the same exact problem, he didn't adj. the pushrods correctly and had no compression. Adjusted them and fired right up.
