I can't figure out where to put the bung in this curved Bassini pipe. I usually put it about 3-4 inches from the begining of the header pipe.

DTT told me 4 to 6 inches from exhaust port.  I did a Fatcat, it was pretty close to where the D&D folks put them.  Techs here suggested to have it facing downward, don't want anything collecting in sensor when it's cooling.  Watch the front port in relation to the oil filter bracket.  Had to do that one over because of angle was wrong.  I had the best lick by putting it in postion to mark it.

For the Bassani true duals on my Fatboy I had to place it about 8" back from the port, just nowhere else to put it

Where does Bassani put it for the late models? Be a good place to start?

Here's what I did on my ProPipe:  With the pipe mounted to the bike, I squatted on the left side and positioned the O2 sensor as near to the exhaust port as I could where the sensor would not touch the cylinder and where it could be installed and removed with the pipe installed.  I used a sharpie to mark that location and took the pipe to an auto shop where they drilled and welded in the bungs.
