Frames- Ultima and Kraft Tech

Already got some feedback on the Kraft Tech frames and am wondering about the Ultimas. Anyone used an Ultima frame? Are they US made? Issues/comments?

Like everything else from Ultima.  It is a copy of something US made over sea's.  Welds are terrible.  I would stick with Kraft-tech.  That is who Mid-West ripped off.
