I'm guessing you are talking about increasing accel enrich fuel?

Reason for maybe asking an obvious question is that from experience (Holley double pumpers)
one might have to much accel enrichment, if so its really bogging until excess fuel clears.

Hell no, less fuel. Try it you may like it.
By the way the TBW is no different that the CV just easier to adjust and with the bigger cam scenario VEs are lower at low speed therefore a little feather to the blade speed can eliminate an air bog (adding fuel just gives an air and fuel bog), it's about added overlap and pressure differential

No, I am just talking about setting the throttle so it matches the twist grip as I turn it like on a cable bike. Ie no delay

You and Aharp are talking sespt not tts, so try maxing them out and see what you think.
You just might find you like the throttle response

Seems like a dead accelerator pump on a carb...BUT IT'S THE OPPOSITE. Too much accel enrichment applied to a much less efficient engine rpm and load area due to cam profile change.

Ok that exactly what I have found on my bike.
Leaned out accel enrich quite a bit.
Made the motor respond better SOP.

Very surprising to me that non of the tuners here have offered any advice that actually fixed the problem. Just a lot of misinformation on how to "fix" it by using the throttle table, which obviously does nothing to address the real problem.

Another cause for lag...or more precisely, bog, is dues to increasing the throttle table which then gets into high MAP low rpms that the VEs are too low so the bike will stumble, lag, bog, hesitate, etc.
