Fuel valve shutoff alignment tools

I've been asked if I have the tools to align the fuel shutoff an a 46 Knuck tank.  I don't or know anyone that does locally here in Washington state.  Thought I'd post here to see if anyone here knows where he can get this done.  Would sure like to help him out.

Lew not sure what part of WA. you're in but there's a place in  Dundee,  OR. that can fix you up. It's called Jeffs American Clasics.

I posted this in panhead pages with no response so maybe someone in here could help. I need to repair my shutoff on a stock 50 pan because it cannot be shut off unless using excessive force. No special tool around here (kinda live in nowhere and make do with what can be found) Any suggestions or advice? Never had one apart !    Thanks, Jim
