Both turn signals light up together?

The bike is a 2010 Road King Police, all stock. After replacing the battery, my signals stopped working correctly. When I signal, the front signals work correctly but the rears and dash indicators flash together like a bulb is burned out. Both rear bulbs are good, they just flash together. Last night, I noticed that when I brake, the signal indicators on the dash slowly light up.  The tail light also blinks with them. So I got nothin. I can't help but think I damaged some wiring when I changed the battery.

Anyone seen anything like this?

Sounds like a ground problem to me. Go back over your work and check your grounds and cables for a faulty connection or bad cable end.

Either a bad ground or a bad bulb. Bulbs can test ok, but the elements can "droop", and feed the other (running/signal) circuit.
Don't laugh, I've seen it a number of times.
Got a case of dynamite, I could hold out here all night

Me three. Shows all the symptoms of a crossed over element.

Me four.  Can be a real head scratcher for those that haven't experienced it.

First thing I did was check the ground, everything was tight, looked good.  So of course I assumed it was GtG.

So read this, went out, checked the terminals to the ground wires, and everything was back to normal. Thanks!

Bonus points since the old lady was making dinner and I had the seat off already so I walked past her, said "I want to check something on that bike..." then walked back in a minute later going "Fixed it."

 I've seen the bulb thing happen too, but since the battery was the last place you was at, thats the place to go to first. [Well most of the time. :hyst:]
