How and where does he ride the bike?  Makes a big difference in which cam to pick.  Where does he need the power; high, mid, low?  Solo, 2-up, around town, cross country touring, flats, mountains?  See where I'm going?

well it is a bagger, the 255 makes some really great power in the low to mid range. The 204 makes great power as well.  Close call riding style would be the final choice.

SE 255 or
Andrews 54's give good results.

i have had good results with screamin' eagle and andrews cams(john andrews will be remembered for generations as the value/economy leader of h-d cams)

bobby high-dollar wood designs good ones, too, but he's, well, high-dollar...and the aggressive ramps sure are noisy if you don't blueprint the entire valvetrain
always seem to get their azz wet?
