Looking at a Derek Weaver Pro Cycle Drop Tail Lift.
  On line Price seems good.
   Are these a Good Lift for Home Use ??

Reposting now that I checked that I have that lift....
 
For home use I say yes. I have one and it's been a great lift and a great help to me but I don't think I would try to make a living with it.  My heaviest bike is a FLH shovel. I do not have the best air compressor and it can take a minute to get the bike all the way up if my compressor is not at full pressure. 

If you get one I recommend taking the time to lube up any bearing surfaces, I also suggest you pop the casters off and clean any paint or powdercoat off the axles and lube those too. Put some air oil in the line once in a while as well.

They sell a nice scissors jack to go with the lift.

edit to add: I used 2x10s and some pipe to make side extensions. If I had used 2x12s my 4 wheeler would fit.
