Oil seal collar length engine sprocket?

Opened up the primary on a -73 XLCH and found chain not running straight. Engine sprocket should have run further outboard. Does it exist many different ''spacer lengths'' on these engine sprockets?

Adding necessary length spacer is no option, as oil seal is running where needed spacerlength ends.
