Motor will not rev

Just had bike on dino for base line to see where I am with build. Will not rev till it hits 2500rpm then it takes off. Tuner cracked it at 1750 and it stuttered bad like stating in 4th gear from a light. graff showed afr at 19in that area. He told me to add fuel at 100% throttle from 1750 to 2500 which is no problem. I don't live at the drag strip so how many wide open passes do I need to make to get it adjusted. could I just double or triple the values in those cells to do it quickly. This has never come up before till new cam. Took out crane 290-2 put in T-man 590. Went to Smoke Out and went down the track. Could not figure out how to get off the line. If I blipped the throttle it would just smoke the tire. If I came off and just cracked it it would bog for a second and then take off. On the street when I race it I didn't know if the tire was breaking loose or bogging. It happens so fast in 1st gear it is hard to tell. Dino showed me why. Bike runs great other than this. New cam is awesome and quiet.
