Hi,
softail 2004 when start up the idle goes very hi, checked intake ,cleaned the AIC sensor, could be the TPS ??????????
no error codes.
thanks in advance

Doubt if it's the TPS. Engine has to get extra air to rev. Check for broke throttle shaft, lose throttle stop screw, or binding throttle cables. The IAC port can gum up, is this the "sensor" you cleaned?
Just some thoughts,

+1...just went thru this dance.  Had both a bad IAC and T-shaft.  Careful taking off those small screws that hold those sensors on; the heads will twist off with little effort.

Unplug the tps and start it.
Not something I'd normally do. Explain , please.

Had one that was idling at 2000 rpm and just unpugged the tps. Started it and it idled perfect. Replaced the tps and all was good.
This one was idling high at all temps so don't know that it applies to the op, but it is a quick test.
