Like to give cudos to a company that does good to me.

I bought a convertible T-Bag some 15 years ago for my old Sturgis shovel and then moved it to my 99 WG.  Had some 200K miles wear on the bag, zippers broken, holes in the bottom, stitching coming apart, and faded to grey.  For fun, I e-mailed T-Bag and asked if the zippers were still under warranty.  They said to send it into them and they would see if they could fix it.  Well, as I figured, they e-mailed me a couple days after they received it and said it was too far gone.  So, they said they would sell me a new one for 50% off, since I was a good customer.  That was less than I paid for it 15 years ago.

Good customer service, responding to me almost immediately.  They called me and I agreed to it and I got the bag the next day!

Thanks for the good report ... I bought a used no-name bag from a fellow rider ... kind of a replica T-Bag ... after one season the stitching started to come apart & one zipper is broke .... to finish the season I gave it a quick repair with some sewing thread and pieces of webbing covered in Shoe Goo to hold it together.

I've had T-Bags bookmarked ... sounds like a good place to do business with.

glad to hear that they did well for you.      I bought a T-bag set up a couple of years ago, and the one seems ripped out after just a couple of uses (I may have over stuffed  :embarrassed: ).  I contacted them and they sent me a brand new bag to replace the one that ripped, with no questions asked.  The only thing I had to do was send them a copy of the reciept to verify the purchase, but other than that the process was painless.  They earned my business for life, they are a really stand up company.

I'll throw in an endorsement for T-Bag. I've got one that is so good I never think about it.

+1 on T-Bag love.  Getting ready for a trip on the old softtail years ago, I noticed that one of my strap buckles was missing. Now I could've tied a knot, but I called and they overnighted 3 of them early AM delivery!  Arrived at 7:30, left at 9:00.  Bought a new dresser in '08; guess what brand of tourpak bag I bought!?!

this is a great thread. I am getting ready to go across country in the following summer and I need luggage. I was looking at the HD branded stuff, but not sure I want that now that I hear these kind of reviews.
Thanks,<br />Whip

Me too. over 50.000 miles on mine and its perfect.

Bought a t-bag from them in 1990 when they were sharing a 10-12 ft store front on main street during Dayton bike week.  Bag is still going strong some 230,000 miles later.  Needed a snap, called them to buy one and they mailed me several --- no charge.  Called them a few years ago to buy a regular size rain cover and to see if they could make an extra large size raincover for me.  Wanted to have room to put my leather coat on the t-bag under the cover.  They didn't have a pattern, but sent me enough material at no charge including freight, so I could make one.  Absolutely tops in my book.  See the owner from time to time in Cincy and always talk about Daytona and how I love his product.

Interesting T-Bag seen on Jackson Lake WY on the way to Sturgis, South Dakota plates if I recall correctly.

Do they make one that is the regulation airline carry on size, with wheels and a telescopic handle? I could be interested in one like that.
Cheers, Flhfxd.
