Got an pictures of ya going down the back way to Roosevelt Lake?
Later,
Ray

No pics, but I did that road on a 305 Honda with 6" over forks, Z bars, struts replacing the rear shocks and a Cobra seat, once...and once only.
I was riding back toward the Junction from Globe, though.
This ain't Dodge City, and you ain't Bill Hickock.

Some days the road is washboard hell.  Other days it's not so bad.  Depends on when it was last graded.

Man, that is sweet.  Bet you wish it was still in your stable.  I wonder what happened to all these bikes?  Most likely parted out.

One of the guys in the video is a former HTT member from way back in the MSN days.

Great thread! Why is everybody so uptite? Let SR. do what he wants, let people ride what they want and if they use a trailer sometimes who cares.

I don't know if I would ever want all the bikes back that I've owned over the years. Some were pretty valuable but I just didn't use them enough and thought someone else would appreciate them more than me.
The first FLH I ever bought is still with me, all the others are gone.
I don't tend to keep most of my bikes more than about 4 or 5 years before I wear them out.
Most all the bikes I've sold over the years were complete and I know some of them are now in collections, not parted out.

:agree:

The OCC show had seemed to run its course, then they added the "vs" drama to revive it.  Now it's back in the mainstream again.
I'm sure all the Motorcycle Companies are happy that this show is still drawing a crowd!  LOL

Again, I'm happy with the high number of riders on the roads these days...
And as stated above, it's not what you ride, it's the fact that you're riding!
(It also helps when you're in the market for a used Harley, and you find one with extremely low miles!)
"Other than that, how'd you like the theater Mrs. Lincoln?"

ANd yes... I liked Sr's Old School Chop with SUgar Bear's front end!

HogMike... you're chopper from the 70's is what I grew up admiring. Very cool!
My older brother had a similar looking Honda 750 Chopper... had a custom painted tank!

'Tis a sad "potty mouthing" day when HD owners slam other HD owners bout what they ride... :emsad:

I suspect the guys who say you can't ride choppers cross country are the same ones who claim Pans and Shovels are unreliable, oil leaking, parts dropping machines..

I guess Sturgis, Daytona, Laconia, etc must not have got underway til around 1984/85 with the first EVO's.
Got a case of dynamite, I could hold out here all night

Neo Knuckle....

Dang!  Not cheap.  J & P has a nei Knuckle at $7,600

CraigArizona85248

Compared to the cost on an authentic knuckle, that's not a bad price to pay.
