I've got a set of cases that were bored for the new style S&S 4.125 cylinders using a 4 3/8" crank. Are the new style S&S 4.125 cylinders for the 07-up 124"er with the 4 5/8" crank the same case bore measurements?
Just curious.

I would say they probably are, the year of the case shouldn't mean anything to the cylinder spigot diameter.  but you might look up the base gasket part number at the S&S site, that may tell you.

As per the S&S website >>

Cylinders set included in the S&S 124" Hot Set Up Kit®. These cylinders are made of superior materials and has a thicker casting than stock cylinders. Other than being machined with a stock stud pattern, these cylinders are identical to the ones used in S&S 124" engines.

I looked up that part#...and that is the old style barrels. I'm wanting the newer style that mimic the factory cylinders.

I have the S&S mid year update catalog, they're only listing the 106 inch cylinders with the new style part number. They may not be making the other cylinders like that yet.   :idunno:

Maybe call them.

Thanks guys...I found it.  I googled my 117 cylinders part# and poof...all the new style S&S cylinders part #'s page appeared.
Ohio HD...these are the same cylinders used on the new S&S 124" for the 07-up models.

I did get it, thanks. So the 910-0255 that FLTR2008TRIKE gave us looks to be a good number for the updated cylinders too. Good deal.

Yep...when I googled his part# it showed the old round barrels. When I found this page it showed why I seen the old cylinders...but his part# was good for the new cylinders with the conversion numbers.
Thanks FLTR2008TRIKE!

I have a set of SE cases bored for Axtell 4.125 cylinders, is there any difference in the case boring dimensions. Will the S&S cylinders bolt straight in??
Excuse the hijack
