I use the 57148 Wix oil filter on my 2012 RGC..the Harley Filter wrench is too big..does anyone use a smaller wrench of this size and design that you can refer me too. I have been to all the local parts stores and they seem clueless. I like the ease with which you can avoid the CPS with this type of wrench. Thanks in advance..Doc

You'll probably have to find a cup style wrench that fit's your filter and cut a notch out of it to clear the CPS.

I use the wix filters and have to use my original HD filter wrench, the one with the metal band. As stated, I'm sure you could match one up and cut the sensor hole in it.

A large pair of channel lock /waterpump pliers over the end of the filter works for me.

I use the NAPA filter 7148 which is the same as the WIX 57148.
This will fit it. http://picclick.com/Napa-77-3861-74-76mm-15-Flutes-250934239060.html

The issue is it is the inner socket that fits the filter we use and this piece is made of injection molded plastic or nylon. So it may flex too much if you cut a notch out.
Mine fits with the Jagg oil cooler system as there is no notch needed for clearance.
Just here for the women.
