Your using a PowercommanderV or some other tuner???  I had an Andrews cam,PowercommanderV and heavy breather upgrade done 2 years/20K miles ago on 09 Streetglide, bike ran fine with no problems.Yesterday I discovered that the o2's are unplugged under my seat...I've been told you don't need them with the PC....I'm upgrading the exhaust and having it dynoed soon and was concerned about them being unplugged.....So do you need them if your using a tuner....TIA

Your PC has O2 eliminaters that are plugged in, so yes, you don't need them for now.

It depends on the tuner you are using. In simple terms, your PC-V was state of the art several years ago. It uses a completely canned map and does not use the O2 sensors at all. The newer ones that are described as "self-tuning" need the O2 sensors to complete the tuning and see just how close the engine is running to the map.
