Ultra to street glide rear fender conversion IDEAS?

Has anyone made their ultra rear fender to look like a street glide? I want to put on the sg light bar,trim panel,tri bar light. My question is.... is it easier and cheaper to just buy a sg fender? Any and all input is appreciated.

I can't say what is easier/cheaper, but you do have to remove the saddlebag guard rails to put the S.G. type fencer on, because the flair hits.

Are you tslking about the saddle bag gap filler/ extension with the light in it ? about the best pic I have of mine. It fits no problem to the stock fender but as Breeze said you can't have bag guards

I am taking the bag guards off. I also have purchased the quik detach for the tour pak and regarding the fender i havent done anything yet--i thought i would purchase the light bar and the extension with the tri light in the bottom. But if i take off the existing fender bumper and put on the extension -- wont there be a hole showing in the fender?   Im getting confused on what different people have told me so i do appreciate any input

Good question about fitment. I did a few ebay searches, and it appears that the tri-bar extention will cover the holes left by the Ultra bumper. But the Street Glide flair and tribar piece won't fit the end of the Ultra fender?  You could do the tri-bar extention, and saddlebag filler strips, but that won't get the sleek result of the S.G. flair. Do some ebay searches to get a visual of what you are dealing with.
