When do I need Compression releases on my Twin cam

Well, as there seems to be no compression relief installers around Memphis, I bought the set-up Stogie mentioned. Just got it in today, #SE 94638-08 Mechanical compression Release Fixture...  Looks like a well rounded kit. So, I'm on my way to be relieved. At 220ccp I really need it on hot starts. If any Memphian's around that also need relief PM me and we'll talk.
