You need to look in a parts catalog like Drag Specialties or CCI, or Midwest Cycle Parts that has axle diagrams and dimensions. That way you can see where the threads start from the lengths, etc. Since it's custom, it's just match it up by the catalogs.

quick and dirty math
10" +
1/4" adjusters (measure first)
1/8" brackett for tail light (measure first)
1/4"flat washer and lock washer
1 1/2 for 2 nuts? why 2 nuts?
12 would be close.
on that stuff i just mock it up and see what i need.
good luck and have fun

What size axle??3/4"-25mm--or 1" I have a couple of 1" They measure 12.5" from the inside of the bolt head flange,to the end of the threads. I do not think it will work for you. You need a 13" one. Total length will be 13 5/8" or so.

Take your tape measure.....10 inches plus your two adjuster blocs, plus your two nuts, plus your tail light bracket, plus a bit extra for cotter pins.....
